Human Resources Manager

Jae Welk is a Human Resources Manager on the Full Guard Capital team and is responsible for supporting HR operations both internally and assisting portfolio companies on HR related issues.  Prior to joining Full Guard Capital, Jae worked in Human Resources at Amazon, gaining valuable experience in hiring and building teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  Jae started her career in nursing and leveraged her strong foundation in patient care to transition into HR where people-focused skills are critical.
