Zach Castle

Principal

Zach Castle is a Principal on the Full Guard Capital team and is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, developing investment theses, conducting due diligence and transaction execution, and leading portfolio company support initiatives. Prior to joining Full Guard Capital, Zach was Chief Financial Officer of a private equity-backed business servicing municipal government customers. With over 12 years of experience in accounting, finance, and management roles, he has navigated diverse sectors, from Fortune 30 corporations like AT&T to smaller privately held enterprises. His expertise spans payment services, vehicle resales/rentals, telecommunications, healthcare, and non-profit services. Zach holds a BBA in Finance and Pre-Law from Ohio University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
